Built to Be Used by Everyone.
This site is designed with accessibility in mind, and it is checked as it grows. The goal is simple: anyone should be able to read this work, understand it, and reach out.
What that looks like
- A clear heading structure on every page, so screen reader users can move through content in order.
- Descriptive alternative text on photographs, and empty alternative text where an image is decorative.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline on every link, button and form field.
- Form fields with real labels, not placeholder text standing in for one.
- Color contrast chosen for readability, and never color alone to carry meaning.
- Readable type sizes, comfortable line length, and layouts that reflow on small screens.
- Buttons and links that describe where they go rather than saying “click here”.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time task. As pages and resources are added, they are reviewed against the same standards. These are working commitments checked in-house, not the result of a formal third-party audit or certification.
